Inhalte
Our basic course provides essential theoretical and practical knowledge for the safe handling of fish cell cultures in the laboratory.
Course Content
Theoretical and practical introduction to fish cell culture: cell line characteristics, seeding and passaging, media preparation, cryopreservation and thawing, contamination control, microscopic evaluation, cell counting and viability assessment, establishment of subcultures, toxicology experiments.
