Fines for animal welfare

As a criminal court judge or public prosecutor, you decide on the allocation of fines. We are happy if your decision is made in favor of the animals.

Who are we?

The German Animal Welfare Federation was founded in 1881 as an umbrella organization for animal welfare associations and animal shelters in Germany. It is the largest animal welfare umbrella organization in Germany and Europe and is also a recognized nature conservation association. It represents the interests of 800,000 organized animal welfare activists.

What are we doing?

We stand up for the protection of every single animal - in an environment and nature worth living in. The basis of all our commitment is animal welfare with heart and mind. We receive no public funding, are independent and fundamentally impartial.
